As part of ambitious plans for 2021 we are recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineering Manager.

The candidate:

We are looking for an experienced individual with prior experience in implementing process and quality improvement. Ideally this person will demonstrate a strong working knowledge and have experience in implementing lean six sigma within an environment that might include production, fabrication, warehousing and pick and pack.You must have a good understanding of managing ISO 9001 quality systems within a multi-disciplined business. You will be tasked with developing our quality processes and working practices to ensure that product quality expectations are continually improved.

As this is a temporary contract of 9-12 months you should have the character and level of experience to confidently hit the ground running. The role will require a strong character with excellent problem-solving skills and common sense in abundance. You must be a team player, yet happy to work on your own initiative.

This is an on-site role and the candidate will be expected to work at our head office in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. We are a COVID-19 safe work place.
